About Charles Collier
Charles is a seasoned business consultant with deep roots in entrepreneurship and consumer industries. Growing up in a family that co-founded Au Bon Pain (later Panera), he developed an early interest in business strategy. He co-founded Mount Vernon Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in healthcare, tech, retail, restaurant, and CPG. Over a decade, he built a strong private equity client base before selling the firm to Technomic, a leading research and consulting company. Charles has since held leadership roles in private equity transaction services and strategy consulting at firms including Acquis Consulting Group, Stonebridge Associates, The Lucas Group, Intalytics, and Fuld & Company.

Dr. Timothy Petersen is a Harvard-trained psychologist with over 25 years of experience practicing at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Among his specialties, he works with our clients who range from college age to senior executives who are looking to gain insight into their strengths and, more importantly, where they will be able to excel, be successful, and happy in their careers.
